Xbox One S - Video Stuttering - Impossible to contact Microsoft?

Hi,

As of turning on my Xbox One S console today, the video is stuttering which is rendering the console unusable. However it seems impossible to contact Microsoft.

When I use any of the support categories on xbox.com/help it simply says Phone/Chat support isn't available for this subject. I've tried to call Microsoft but the minute you hit any "console" support option it tells you to go to the website - which as above - tells me I cannot speak to anyone!

What on earth do I do?

I have tried resetting the console, tried it on multiple displays - and I'm not sure what the next steps are...

If this does not resolve your issue, please try to change your HDMI cable and use a different one.

You could also try to use a different TV if you have a different just to make sure that the issue is not with your TV.

Topcowraven, I'm sure you saw this too but it appears this is getting some traction as you say, though somewhat troublesome is it seems to refer to blu ray player issues moreso.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable/port?
