Xbox One S ventilation problems, overseas

Hello, I bought my Xbox One S 2TB when I traveled in the States and now using it in Beijing, China. Recently, the consoles automatically shuts down while playing games. I have tried to find the issues and I think the fan doesn't work. I have check it online
and it completely meets "If your console consistently shuts down automatically due to ventilation problems, even after the console is free from clutter and no vents are obstructed, it will need service."

The other critical issue is I live in China. I tried to ask Microsoft USA online while the representitive gave me Microsoft China's contact, and then I consulted with Microsoft Xbox China, but the staff told me given One S is not officially released in local
market, they cannot fix it.

I have no idea what to do with my favorate One S now. I accept the truth that there are low probability technical issues and I am the unlucky one, but I really hope Microsoft could help me to find a solution.

Xbox one S ventilation

Guys I just bought an Xbox one S I was just a little bit afraid cause everytime I play it the ventilation goes hot is it normal?

Also please take a look at my Xbox if it is well ventilated really need your help guys

It could also be that your console is not getting enough power if it's shutting down.

Could you make sure your console is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not multi-plug extension cords and the like?

With the Xbox One S the 'power brick' is internal and can handle a range of voltages, but there still might be something that is not being handled correctly by receiving the different power rating of China compared with the US.

Thanks very much for your reply. As you mentioned, I tried to plug the power into a wall outlet, but the ventilation situation keeps going on. I got two Xbox one (old version), one is US version (bought from a Best Buy store in Vegas, I use a big 110v-220v
transformer in China), one is a Chinese version. Both consoles work pretty good until now. Therefore, I don't think local voltage is an issue (my PS4s also function well).

I am not sure if I could order a fan or other possible malfunction parts from US (as Microsoft China told me they don't have One S's part at hand) so I might ask Microsoft China's team to fix it for me.
