    Xbox One S upgrade - rewards points not received


    Hi,

    My last post was locked before I had a chance to respond or ask for clarification or anything - please give me the chance to engage in discussion this time!

    I upgraded from an Xbox One to an Xbox One S and have not received the promotional 50,000 rewards points. When my last post was closed, I was told that this is because I didn't purchase the Xbox One S through the MicrosoftStore.com website. But in fact,
    I DID purchase it there, it was just under a different microsoft account. I can provide any necessary information to prove this - the order number, the serial numbers of the original Xbox One or the new S console.

    Also, I don't see where it says in the promotion details that the purchase needs to be made under the same account. The Xboxes (old and new) are both registered to my account so why would anything further be needed than that?

    Please help, I'm not trying to be unreasonable here, I just don't see why I would be disqualified from this promotion for a small detail like that when it required such a significant purchase.

    Have Upgrade my Xbox One S to Xbox One X but have Not become 50000 reward Points.

    Any Help?

    Have not gotten my rewards yet

    I have purchased an Xbox One S and it said in one of your rewards deals that I would get 50,000 rewards points yet I have not received those points nor do I see those points pending.

    Rewards membership, and all offers associated with that membership, are tied to specific accounts. Hence why the requirements for this offer say:

    Who is eligible for this offer?

    This offer is open to select Xbox Live Rewards members residing in Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States (including District of Columbia), and Puerto Rico who are 13 years of age or older, who are current Xbox One owners,
    and who are buying an Xbox One S for the first time. Please see the Terms and Conditions for full eligibility details.

    If you ordered on a different Microsoft Account, there is no way for us to track and associate that purchase with the Microsoft Account that was selected for the offer. Furthermore, since this account (Martiln) was the one selected for this offer, your
    other account would not be Rewarded since that account was not selected. Either way, we only Reward purchases based off the account that makes the purchases.
