Xbox One S Upgrade Promotion

So, I purchased from the MSFT Store the One S and used my promotion code for the purchase. It's been over a week since my console shipped and I've received it, and activated it. Why haven't I got my MSFT point yet?

Any Xbox One would be eligible as long as you activate it by July 31.

I did verify that I met the conditions, the right Xbox one s console Halo Edition, have a previous XB one and reside in Canada.

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console shipped.
