Xbox One S upgrade 50,000 points missing

Hi,

I took advantage of the offer to upgrade from an xbox one to and xbox one s from a recent email Microsoft sent me. I preordered the battlefield bundle from the microsoft store which was delivered to me 17 days ago. I logged in with my live gold gamertag
and downloaded my digital purchased games.

Looking at the terms and conditions for the offer i can done everything required but still on rewards.xbox.com i dont see any points pending.

Can you please check my account and the status of the point?

Missing 20,000 points

When I upgraded from my Xbox one to Xbox one s I was supposed to get 50,000 rewards points. I was only rewarded 30,000 points which was offered for upgrading from xbox to xbox one. I am missing 20,000 points.

 

30,000 points instead of 50,000

Hi Microsoft Team,

I recently upgraded my Xbox One to an Xbox One S following the promotion of 50,000 Xbox live points. However, the points have applied to my account as part of the promotion, but I only received 30,000 points instead of 50,000. Can you please advise why
I am missing 20,000 points?
