Xbox One S Update?

I just did the update for the new xbox one S 2TB today that they asked to do. After that I played Forza Motorsport 5 and unlocked two achievements but the did not show as unlocked, they are marked @ 100%, so is it the update, I never had this happen ever.

Xbox One FAILS at 4k Rendering

When you go into the achievements app does it have them as unlocked at all? try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the front of the console until it shuts off then unplug it from the wall outlet for a minute then plug back in and
power back on and see if the cheevos are showing.

 

Well I did what you suggested, unplugged the power cord waited over one minute plugged it back in and played one race in forza 5 and those 2 achievements where still marked @ 100, but did not show in as it should @ 1220 as my score of achievements.

Thanks for your help, I will try again to get another new achievement and see what happens.

 

I have the same problem. I've bought the xbox one s yesterday, but most of the achievements of several games are stuck. It keeps telling me that I'm 100% done with the achievements, but it just don't unlock... I've done everything; rebooting, factory reset,
router reset, but nothing seems to help... Could you please help me as I'm about to return the xbox...this is not the way how I want it to be.

 

Well, my 2 achievements are still locked @ 100%, but I won 2 more achievements 1@5 / 1@20 which both added to my amount, so it does show on my Xbox S, lets see if it is on the message once I load this message.

As of today 08/10/2016 my other that did not show are showing today, I am glad that it did do what it was to do, so everything is working like it should.

Well, it happened again yesterday in Forza 5, 2 more achievements are at 100%, but don't so in my score of achievements. Why does this happen again to me. But I just played Horizon2 for the first time and they unlocked their achievements in this game.

 

I'm having the same problem on my Xbox One S 2TB, tried about every troubleshoot there is out there, there are multiple achievements stuck on 100% but not unlocking. It worked just fine before the update. (Having problems in Ryse: Son of Rome & Sunset Overdrive
atm)

 

Have this problem as well with an achievement. It seems Xbox One is having tons of issues at the moment... Since the Summer Update I believe.

 

Same here I have the 2tb Xbox One S and as of now I have about 9 or 10 achievements on Sunset Overdrive locked even though they say 100%, some unlock right on time but others stay locked. I'm afraid to go for any achievements for collectibles because I would
be so aggrivated to put in all that work for the achievement to not unlock.

People say to do a factory reset but the console is only a little over a week old, the settings can't be that different from the factory settings. I've tried power cycling and hard resetting but neither has fixed it. I don't think it's specific to the slims
though, I've heard people that have original Xbox Ones talking about this issue.

 

Well maybe I play Forza 5 again today just to see if those 2 100% achievements are unlocked.
