    Xbox One S unexpectedly shutting off


    My new Xbox One S keeps unexpectedly shutting off at the most random times, usually when I'm in a game for 15-20 minutes. The screen will freeze and a loud error sound will come out of my speakers for about 5 seconds before shutting off. I called the Xbox
    support and they told me to plug my Xbox directly into a wall outlet instead of a power strip, which I did, but I am still getting the issue. Help!
