Xbox One S unable to log into system

I have an Xbox One S. The system will not allow me to log into my xbox live account. I am able to still log into the account via my 2 xbox 360s, xbox desktop app, and xbox.com. I even went further and reset the account password. I hard rebooted the system, and removed the account from the system.

Yes I have tried resetting my xbox series s it's not a internet problem logged put logged in restarted my system nothing worked

I'm having the same trouble with Tacoma on my Xbox One S... stuck on the Press A to start. This is after two hard resets and logging in and out of Xbox Live. I am on a preview build but not sure which one (system is fully updated).
