[Translation-Hi, I have connected the Xbox One S to this 4K Nordmende TV.

There Seem to be problems with the unsolvable HDCP.

Error 0x91d7000every time I try to play a simple DVD. Even with the movies purchased on the Store.

I have already tried the solutions found on the site.

The Cable is the one of the Xbox One S. I tried with all the HDMI inputs of the TV. I also changed resolution. Same problem.

By Connecting the console to another TV, it plays the movie quietly. Ditto by connecting a different console to this TV in the subject.

I Don't know what the problem might be.]

    :)

    Hey there Cyrus!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your console to watch movies on that TV.

I would say that if you have tried those previously posted troubleshooting steps, then you might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Blu-ray player app.

If that does not work, I would suggest trying a soft reset. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting
    step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed
) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games
    &
    apps.

Follow the steps here on How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
and let us know how that helps with the issue

    Thanks for reading!

    Hello Cyrus,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You can try clearing persistent storage by going to disc and blu ray>blu ray>persistent storage clear. After you do this

    power cycle
the console. If it continues to do this try uninstalling the Blu ray app and reinstalling it.

    Thanks,

    Brad

    Hi ,

Thanks for updating us with your replies. If I'm understanding the issue correctly, you've done a bit of troubleshooting so far but are still receiving the
DHCP error message. Is this correct? Or are you receiving a HDCP error?

Should you be getting a DHCP message, this would indicate that there is a connection error with Xbox Live. I recommend using our Xbox
    One Network Connection Error Solution
to help you troubleshoot and resolve that error message to get your console to connect to Xbox Live successfully. The tool will take you through the proper procedures to do so and give you help along the way.

If you are getting a message concerning HDCP instead, then you may wish to try a different HDMI cable to see if that allows the issue to clear itself up or at least eliminate the possibility that your current HDMI cable is faulty. And as
you indicated that you also received error code 0x91d7000a, that would also indicate that your TV's HDMI input is having difficulty. You can also try clearing the persistent storage from your Disc & BluRay section as well, but it may solely rest with the HDMI
    cable or connection.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

I hope this helps you out a bit more.
Hi, I tried literally everything I found... also, if I move my Xbox One S to another smaller TV, I get no errors.
