Xbox one S turns on for 1 second and then shuts off

Try a reboot on the console

1. Press and hold for 30 seconds the xbox button on the console it should turn off auto

2. Wait after shuts down to turn it on after a few second with the controller button

To resolve this issue, restart your Xbox One console:

1. Turn off your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it back on.
   To resolve this issue, restart your Xbox 360 console:
   
   1. Select Settings > Turn Off.
   2. Select Turn Off Console.
   3. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn on your console.
