    Xbox One S Turns On But No Display


    I've tried multiple inputs on multiple screens with multiple HDMI cables, and still cannot get it to display. I have tried to boot it into "Low Resolution Mode" using the steps from support and literally everyone else online who "knows how to fix my problem",
    and the system WILL NOT boot. There is never the second beep. I have also tried to do a full factory reset using a thumbdrive and the procedure from the support site, and like with the low resolution mode, I never hear a second beep. I'm about to throw this
    in the street and run it over, I have had nothing but a terrible experience with the xbox one every single time I try to do anything on it.

    I have tried to get in contact with support chat, and after a while of searching, finally tracked them down. But after outlining my problem the chat box that pops up is broken, so all it displays is the Lorem Ipsum filler, no chat window or anything.

    I don't understand how the company responsible for the fantastic Xbox 360 could also be responsible for the unapologetic tire fire that is the Xbox One S.

    I can not be the only one to have this problem, and I really need help. I got a xbox one s for christmas, hooked it up and it works great, my wii works great, all is good except that my xbox 360 when turned on has no display. All of the proper cables are
    connected, nothing different than before but nothing happens when it is turned on, and it isn't connected in anyway to my xbox one s.

    Can anyone help me fix this? anyone???

    Sorry for the issue with the console not turning on. To request a call back and talk with a support agent follow this guide to help get a call back.

    When you go to
    Contact Us     to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
    • Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    can anyone help me i have the regular xbox one s and when i turn it on the xbox comes on but doesnt display anything then turns off after about 30 seconds. Ive tried the display reset combination by holding eject and power but nothing happens ive

    How old is your xbox one s? it may still be covered under manufactures warranty

    xbox one s can't support FHD / QHD HDR

    Xbox one s only supports HDR game in UHD 4K2K 60Hz Timing.

    As a result, there is a number of of FHD / QHD displays that suppot HDR can't turn on HDR in Xbox one s.

    It should also support FUD / QHD HDR for better compatibility.

    Suggest xbox developer to consider to support gaming HDR with 1080p @50/60 hz and 1440p @50/50 hz timings.
    Additionally, lots of VESA DPM DisplayHDR Displays are 1080P.
