    Xbox One S turns off unexpectedly


    I JUST purchased an Xbox One S "Battlefield 1" 1TB special edition bundle. I brought it home, spent the time downloading the game and played it for two hours. The next morning (today 10/29/16) I went to play some more, I pressed the power button and it played
    its "turning on" chime, then after 5 seconds it played the "turning off" chime. Nothing ever came up on the TV. I've tried turning holding the power button, unplugging and plugging it in, plugging it into its own surge protector on a completely different outlet.
    Nothing I have done so far has fixed it.

    Hi there! How often has your Xbox been doing this? I have a link which may help guide you but be aware, your Xbox one S has a built in power supply so the power supply troubleshooting steps will not apply in this case. support.xbox.com/.../console-turns-off-unexpectedly
