Xbox one s turns off a few minutes after turning it on

Good Morning,

A month and a half ago I bought an Xbox One S console and I had a pretty annoying failure, the console is interrupted and locked in the middle of the game or activity and seconds later it shuts down, I have also noticed that it gets a little hot, try to
pay it, wait from one to 3 hours and turn it on

When I turn on the xbox, everything starts well and there are no failures in the internet connection, the problem arises when the activity I'm doing is unexpectedly corrupted.

Connect it directly to the current and ventilate it widely. What can I do to stop the console from doing that?

One detail I did after buying the console was to download many games and leave it on for it to be faster.

It was purchased on December 29, 2017, in Chedraui Atizapan, I have a guarantee policy of the establishment but I have no idea when it expires.

I write to details in case they become necessary.

Xbox one s gets stuck on green loading screen.

Having trouble with with my xbox one s sometimes it would freeze, wont let me sign in, or cant find a connection. After restarting it I would get stuck on the green xbox screen. After unplugging everything for a few minutes and turning it on I would either
get a black screen or it would take a bit just to load and it would work fine until I turn it off and on to play again.

My Xbox 360 Slim turns it self on an off

So after a few mins of turning on my Xbox it turns off atomatically and will turn on atomatically.

This points to either an overheating issue, or a power supply failure. (relevant support article)

If ventilating the console doesn't help, the console will likely need to be exchanged or repaired. Since you only bought it a couple months ago, it should still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty (standard one year). First
check with the store if they have a return/exchange policy, and see if you can exchange your console for a working one. If this is not possible, then you can try to schedule a repair with Microsoft here: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com

Do a power cycle turn off the xbox holding the button for 30 seconds then after it shut off wait a few minutes then turn it on, it should stop the game from freezing

Unfortunately there is no setting to change the time until the controller turns off so it should be lasting 15 minutes before turning off. If it is turning off before 15 minutes you may need to check the batteries in your controller. If that isn't the
problem then there may be something broken in the controller. Using a wired controller is also an option as this wouldn't turn off.
