    Yes I have a xbox one s disc compatible an had for 2 months an I play it few hours a day but now today an yesterday I I turn on and it turns off in 50 seconds then I keep doin it an holding power button an factory reset an it will some times load up an let me play then when I'm done an turn off an turn back on I have to do the same process over an over again listed above to get tv to connect or xbox console to stay on to play games can you pr anyone please help me

    I got trouble with mine too. XBOX ONE S seems pretty full of shiit as it's MS use cheap parts to build it (as each S version)

    The problem isnt a disc stuck inside, it is the xbox thinking that there is a disc inside when there isnt.

    This makes actually inserting a disk quite the effort

    Hey shaun!

    Just to get a little more information can you let me know if its a disc game or digital download causing this problem. And is it only one game that is being affected or do all games create the same results?

    You can try the steps to reset your display settings to low resolution at:
    Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on     and perhaps try your console on different TV's

    Please fill me in with a little more details to be able to best assist you.
