If you asking what is required to set up a repair for an accessory [which is anything that is not the console itself] you will need to meet a certain criteria. That criteria is that you accessory has to be
within 90 days of when it was scanned from the retailer. If you received this promotionally there may be some discrepancies but it should still be the same requirement.

That said if you do meet these specifications, you can follow the link that Ambassador choppyseize provided that will link you to the site where you can

set-up a repair for your accessory. It will prompt you to register your console first, but once that is done, you will be able to create a service order for your chatpad.

It's an Xbox One S and the cable is blowing? S has an internal power supply and uses a standard figure 8 generic cable. You mean original Xbox a one?

If it's the S it will have to be sent in for repair, the one you would need to get a new power supply for on the aftermarket
