가 지금까지 xbox one S 패드를 으로 연결하여 잘 사용하 있었습니다. 그러나 얼마 부터 인식이 되었다는 가운데 하얀 버튼은 켜 있었지만 모 버튼을 눌러도 혀 인식이 안 때가 가끔 있었습니다.

그리 오늘 FIFA 20를 플 이 하던중 갑자기 또 인식이 되었다는 가운데 하얀 버튼은 켜 있 ,USB포트에 연결되어 있었지만 버튼과 조이스틱만 갑자기 또 아무리 누르거나 움직여봐도 인식이 되지 않았습니다.

그래서 장치를 거하 다시 연결해 해봤더니 갑자기 되다가 얼마 지나지 않아 또 안 됐습니다.

그 후로 지금까지 패드 사용을 못 하는 중입니다.

문 가 왜 발생한 건지도 모르 습니다. 도와주세요..

Until now, I've been using the xbox one S pad wired and using it well. However, the white button was turned on for some time, but sometimes i was not aware of all the buttons.

And while i was playing FIFA 20 today, the white button was turned on and connected to the USB port, but the buttons and joystick were suddenly not recognized by any sudden press or movement.

So I removed the device and tried to reconnect it, and then it suddenly became and i didn't do it again.

Since then, the pad has not been used.

I don't know why my problem occurred. Help me..

Thanks for keeping us updated. If this issue is happening on all games that you own, then you may need to get the controller replaced. You can check your controllers warranty status, as well as set up a repair from this link :

I've been using my Xbox One S Pad by wire. However, while the white button was lit in the meantime, it was sometimes not recognized at all.

And while I was playing FIFA 20 today, it suddenly recognized again, the white button was on, and it was connected to the USB port.

So I removed the device and plugged it back in, and suddenly it wasn't good again.

I haven't been able to use the pads since then.

I don't know why my problem happened. Help..

Hi there,

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link:
http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

be sure to wait at least 60 seconds and then disconnect the console from power, wait another 2 minutes before powering on again.

Try to power the console on by holding the Guide button (Xbox Logo) on the controller

I am not a user of the xbox console, but a person who uses a PC but connects an xbox one s pad to a PC. The answer seems to be wrong. Sorry..
