Thanks for the response. Didn’t know about the network troubleshooting. I didn’t tried that procedure, what worked for me was uninstalling the game and installing again. The issue appears to occur when installing additional content.

Since you've already tried troubleshooting the issue and even performed several resets on your console the issue is either from the network or the in-game servers. To troubleshoot the network we recommend accessing Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

If the issue persists and you notice that this is happening with this game alone, it would be best to get in touch with the developer of the game for further assistance.

Thank you. Unfortunately, the problem returned today… done network troubleshooting, reinstalled the game, but to no use. The error is too vague, is there a way to check on a more detailed log?
