Xbox one s (took so long to start

I just buyed a new xbox one s and i buyed a gta 5 with it i played the game yesterday and today when i tried to launch any game or app

It says for some reason (game or app) took so long to start i googled it and tried every ways i restarted the console i ejected the disk i unpluged all wires and still its not working is there any way i can make it right

the xbox one has been out for years. The error "took to long to start" is the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced. I bought a ps4 yesterday because of this error I cannot play any of the games I spent a ridiculous amount of money on. The 360 never
had this problem, when I thought a game was taking to long to start i would just turn it off and turn it back on. The P.O.S xbox should not be deciding when it takes to long to start. Who agrees that it's time for them to fix this pathetic excuse of a console
and what can I do to fix this?

I've only had this happen to me once. I reset the console by holding the power button on the console for about 7 seconds or so until it was completely turned off. I then turned it back on and it worked fine and that error has never happened again and that
was over 2 years ago. I play nearly every night.

Try clearing your local cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.

If you've already tried the solutions for that in the
8027025A Error Guide and they haven't helped, the next step to try would be a

Factory Restore on the console. There's an option to keep your Games & Apps installed to the console, so you don't need to worry about redownloading any of those

Can you give that a shot, and let us know if you see any improvement?
