Xbox one S taking more than usual to render

I noticed that my xbox one S is taking too long to render games such as forza motorsport 7 and COD WW2, sometimes it is impossible to play even though I've got more than 500 GB free. Can anyone help me?

Free-ride badge taking more time than usual to show

Hi, everyone.

I'm always following my progress on "freedom-rewards" since i try some "free-ride" games always i can.

The first time i have tryied it i lost the reward that month cause one of the games i played (Fallout Shelter) had some tracking issues according with support i got latter, the games i play after that work fine, tooking about two/three days to spot the badge
on my rewards page.

This month i goed again for another round of "Gwent", did some more quests on "Neverwinter" and tried "Hand of The Gods" for the first time, which i enjoy a little bit besides the "unfair" matches with newbies and/or people that spent too much/not spent real
money to buy cards, but anyway...

I know the first hours on "Neverwinter" counted cause i only moved to the next game when i saw the badge on my "free-ride", and was the same with "Gwent" before start "Hand of The Gods" (you need to put the games names on this badges to make the track more
easy to us). The thing is: my account show that i already beaten more the 5 hours in HoTG about 5 days ago and, until now, the last badge on this month's free-ride still grayed. I'm planning to play it a bit latter, but want some feedback if theres again some
issue with tracking this playtimes when i still have time to try another game before the month end.

We are sorry this issue came up but rest assured we are here to assist! We have encountered this issue before and we suggest a reset of the console sincethe problem might be on the actual OS of the console
so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.

The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

This could actually be an internet issue. If your connection is lagging online games wouldn't render quickly causing issues. Have you done an internet test at all?

I distinctly remember seeing it refered to as the 360 Slim on Microsoft's Xbox site (the one these forums are a part of). I know it was this site because I only visited the official sites at that point. It was a comparison page of the old & new models. Now
that it's simply called the 360 again, any MS pages refer to it as that, so official documentation has been updated. But here's a link to a report that was filed the very day Microsoft unvieled the new design at E3, where Microsoft had apparently called it

It was never known as the slim it was always the xbox 360 s 250gb now just classified as the xbox 360 250gb or whatever the hdd size is.
