    Xbox One S System Error


    Hi All,

    When trying turn on xbox. I get E102. I am trying to update xbox one console which has not been used/updated in a while by doing an offline update and keep getting following error with OS1 or OS2 or reset to factory defaults files using a USB. It fails
    during the update sometimes during step 1 and sometimes strating with step 2. Reseting the console also don't work. All the support options seem to point to repair of the console. Wanted to seek help if possible to see if i am missing anything before going
    down the repair path.

    Error E102 00000C01 80070003.

    Usually, this error occur upon startup or during OS updates. Basically, this error message indicate there is an issue with your Xbox One S system update process. To fix the E102 error, you need to update your console
    offline.
