Xbox one s sync button

I've been running my first gen xbone into the ground. I just picked up a new xbone S today along with the turtle beach stealth 600 wireless gaming headset. Now, this being a brand new console, right out of the box, there should not be any issues. The
sync button on the console does not want to work. I can plug in a USB cable and connect the controllers that way but, the only way to connect my new headset is to use the sync button. This is a brand new console, why isn't this working? How can I fix this?
I would hate to have to return and swap out the console not even 24 hours after purchase...

Thanks for the reply but i got the xbox one s so theres no eject button on it only the sync button

on a side note why the hell aren't pictures working anymore...for me atleast.

And now the console is unresponsive to the controller. It seems I am going to have to return it. I've tried hard resets, soft resets. Would there be a way to restore to factory? Then try to set it up again? Would that solve the sync problems?

You might have to re-sync the controller to the Xbox. Press the little button on the top of your controller until the home button flashes quickly then press the little button on the front of your Xbox one s or x or press the button next to the CD drive

Hey there Billy,

The Bind button is the "sync" button for the controllers, its below the power button on the Xbox One S console. On the original Xbox One it is located on the left of the console next to the disc drive. Check it out and keep us in the loop of how it goes.
