Xbox one S - Support in India

My xbox one s console will not turn on. When i try to turn it on, a while light blinks for less that a second and it turns off.

I tired all the troubleshooting steps, but no luck. I guess it needs to be serviced.

Does anyone know how to get serviced in India ? My console is still under warranty

Imported Device Support in India

Dear Xbox Support Team,

I am Suraj from India. I was looking to buy xbox one S which was available through one of the distributors from Amazon India. But, it was mentioned that Xbox one will be imported from USA. and No warranties or support will be available in india. So, i wanted
to know

1. Blue-ray player from USA will play CD/ DVDs / Blue Ray Discs from all region or only USA?

2. As mentioned , xbox does not come under warranty, will it be repaired by support in india? (in case of any issues.?of course paid support)

3. Do you recommend me to buy xbox one S imported from USA or wait till it is released in india?

Xbox 1 s in India

Hi ,

I want Xbox one S , But i am not finding it in India. Can any one help me to buy it in India please.

At least release it in online please.

If your Microsoft account is registered in the same region, you can start the service request by logging into devicesupport.microsoft.com That should get you on the path for repair in your region.

If you don't have the device already registered to your account, then you can do so there, and then continue with opening a service request.

While trying to log a service request I get -

There are no service offers associated with selected problem/accessory type.

My console should be serviceable in India as its purchased via flipkart.

The box also says its an Indian Edition. So I can't understand why this message ?

Cant create a service order for my series s console , after sales support for Xbox india is such a hassle

The Xbox One and Xbox One games are all region-free (except for China, I think).

You can buy Indian games and play them on a US Xbox One S console, and vice versa.

By the way, the Xbox One S internal power supply is multivoltage, so it should support India just fine. All you'll need to do is to find a replacement AC cord that will match Indian plugs.

Is the xbox one s all digital version releasing on May 7th worldwide?? Or is it just to the United nations? I am from India .
