    XBox One S stuttering


    I'm playing ARK, my tv is a Samsung q70 (4k). I just got the Xbox One S and I can't find a setting where the game doesn't stutter. I previously had the original Xbox One hooked up and there were no issues. Is this a game issue? Tv? Xbox? I have no idea
    why the original xbox played smooth but the S does not.

    Xbox one S HDR Stutter

    No auto brightness enabled, and definitely not a vizio problem. My friend has the same tv and an xbox one s and his doesnt do it. HDR through the tv app works fine, 4k through xbox one S works fine, its only when HDR is enabled that the stutter exists.

    XBox One S stuttering

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

    I haven't tried other games on the S yet. Everything else is the same, internal drive and wired network connection.
