My Xbox One has been updating for 3 days now and it’s still stuck on 17% Verifying Update. I need answers please

why won't my xbox one s verify update past 46%

I just bought a brand new Xbox one S and turned it on and connected to the internet. Then it wanted to update and now is stuck at 46% Verifying update, step 2 of 3. Now my xbox is making loud clicking sounds as I wait for it to move
or anything. Can anyone help?

The General availability Release for XBox consoles is in link.

If you are in the Xbox Insiders you CAN'T use uSB Offline System Updates (OSU) unless you unenroll from the program.

It might be because you have an uodate that's really big. A recent update was around 3.22 gigabytes are you in the insider program?
