    xbox one s stuck on troubleshoot (blackscreen)


    so I turn on my xbox one s this morning and seem like it was fine but when it froze up on me I hard restart therefore it left on on a black screen ( troubleshoot) I been stuck on this for the past 5 hours. I cant even reset my xbox it would just make a loop
    hole back to troubleshoot starting screen, I try to download OSU1 osU2 and OsU3 aswell factoryrestart. meanwhile I download any of the OSU1 to my computer and sync it into my harddrive. I hard reset my xbox with the instruction given and ones I hover over
    to offline system update. it would go threw the 2 steps but xbox one s always turn off by itself and back to the black troubleshoot like nothing happen. plz help me xbox society killing us all

    Stuck on black screen on startup every time......

    Turn xbox one on and nothing but blackscreen. dashboard wont even load. no sound.

    Did hard reset, held power button down and unplugged xbox one from power for 5 minutes. restarted it and still a blackscreen.....multiple times......

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

    Download speed doesn't match speed test result

    I ran a speed test on my xbox one and got a download speed of 168 Mb/s (which is close to my subscription). I am trying to download Gears 4 and the actual download speed is hovering between 50 and 60 Mb/s. Per http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/troubleshoot-slow-game-or-app-downloads-on-xbox-on...
    I have restarted the console, and tried canceling and re-starting the download, but that has not improved the actual download speed. If I should be getting 168 Mb/s, why is the actual download stuck at 50-60?

    I'm having the same problem on my Xbox One S 2TB, tried about every troubleshoot there is out there, there are multiple achievements stuck on 100% but not unlocking. It worked just fine before the update. (Having problems in Ryse: Son of Rome & Sunset Overdrive

    Hey LukowarsFR,

    You start the Console, see the green loading screen which transists to a Black Screen and then stays black?

    If thats the Case take a look into this guide: http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution and select "Troubleshoot system error->Your Console->Startup
    issue->Blackscreen"

    and follow the steps shown there.
