    Xbox one s stuck on signing on page.


    Hi,

    hope someone can help.

    My xbox one s keeps getting stuck on signing on page (xbox live)

    The loading wheel stays on for a while (4-5 mins)

    and than when it asks for password, the keyboard does not load. So I am unable to input the password.

    I have tried using a different controller, still the same.

    I have restarted the xbox (from menu)

    I have held the power button down on xbox and preformed a restart.

    I have taken all the leads out including power and waited and reconnected and restarted.

    and still the same issue.

    any advise will be appreciated.

    Issue Fixed. Thanks.

    Fix=

    1. Remove account

    2. Restart (hold down power button)

    3. Add account again.

    also freed up space on xbox,

    as it was at 94% full:

    now operating at 75%
