    Xbox One S stuck on Green Screen


    Hi all.

    My son's Xbox One S gets stuck on the green boot screen, I have tried multiple things to stop this from happening such as.

    Hard Reset,

    Changed wire,

    Changed plug from extension to wall socket,

    Restore to factory settings.

    Yet once I have a solution for the day, the next day it becomes stuck again.

    Can anyone give me any advice at all please.
