Xbox One S Stuck on 90% and the update on 66.%.

Well the title is probably alittle vague but i'll explain.

So today i woke up to an update on my New xbox one s, i thought it wouldn't take too long so i decided to do it. 4 hours later and here i am, with an xbox one s stuck on 90% on the progress bar and 66% on the updating part. Is there anything i can do? do
i just wait? do i have to restart it completely?

Help, it's urgent.

I do have a quite fast internet, usually updates doesn't take too long. It probably takes like 20 minutes or much less. and i don't think i am on the insider thingy, tho.

You can also try the troubleshooting in our support article entitled Troubleshoot slow game
or app downloads on Xbox One since the installation seems to be taking an awfully long time.

Additionally, if your profile or console are enrolled in our Preview Program for Xbox Insiders, the troubleshooting may not work as intended. If you are an Xbox Insider, we recommend reaching out on the
Xbox Insiders Reddit pagefor further help.

You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console or from PC (even if not an Xbox Insider) so we can investigate it further:

On your console, install the Xbox Insider Hubapp (if you don’t already have it).
Hold down the Xboxbutton on the controller.
On the power menu, select Report a problem.
Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

Some updates can take a good bit of time but I have never seen one take 4 hours. Do you have a fast internet so the download doesn't take a significant amount of time? Are you in the preview/insider program? Please provide as much information as possible.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
