Xbox one s stuck at update page

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I will be happy to assist you today with updating your Xbox One S. When you were troubleshooting the issue, did you try to restart your modem and router by unplugging them for 2 mins and then plugging them back in?
If not, I would suggest trying that out, afterwards I would try to test the connection again and try the update one more time. If that doesn't work, then I would suggest trying to do the

The only solution is to return the Xbox to its factory settings.

Fix=

1. Remove account

2. Restart (hold down power button)

3. Add account again.

also freed up space on xbox,

as it was at 94% full:

now operating at 75%

Hi,

I removed the account.

but i cannot add the account again as the keyboard does not load?

try to restart the xbox again and see if the keyboard works.
