Xbox One S stuck at update 86%

    Xbox One S stuck at update 86%


    I have an Xbox one s with a disc drive model 1681 and it will not update past 86%. I have tried doing a factory reset, an offline update with USB flash drive, soft and hard reset, nothing works. If I go to the troubleshooting menu and click any options
    it automatically goes back to the updating screen and gets stuck at 86% again. Please help!

    hi morning....

    Xbox One S console update stuck at (Step 3 of 3: Applying) (66%)/ 86%

    Its been stuck like this for nearly 24 hours and still no progress and i done a hard restart and I turned it off and unplugged it for a couple of hours and it keeps on getting stuck at 66%/86%. I NEED HELP PLS.

    No as stated in my original question the OFFLINE UPDATE with an OSU usb stick also gets stuck at 86%

    I do not get any screen or error code when it reaches 86% it just gets stuck.

    I tried it again and now the update gets stucked at 72% and sometimes 86% for a long time and sometimes takes me back to the trouble shoot screen
