    Two days ago my Xbox stopped updating. It crashes exactly at 21%. Always.
    Tried all of the basic troubleshooting, celular hotspot, offline update.
    Then, I realize my OS version was something like "rs_xbox_release_2011" and that made me suspect I am enrolled in the Insider Preview.
    The thing is, there is no device shown in Insider Hub, and I can't unenroll from Xbox because, well, I can't turn it on without update...

    So, as I have error codes, device id, etc... Can Microsoft unenroll my device? Or will I have to send it to some support center?

    You can remove your console from the program by using any other Xbox One console with the Xbox Insider Hub installed. To stop participating in the program on that console, launch the Xbox Insider Hub app and go to
    Settings > Manage Devices. From there, you can unenroll any console registered to you.

    Note Unenrollment can take up to 72 hours to complete, during which time you may still receive console, game, or app updates. When the unenrollment process is complete, your console may be reset to factory defaults. If resetting your console to factory
    defaults is required, your data will not be erased.
