    Xbox One S Stolen


    Hi,

    So my xbox one S that I just got was stolen from house when I had some people over. Pretty sure I know who it is. But the cops can't do much - I now have a last name.

    Was hoping for your help. I registered my Xbox with serial number in warranty area. So I am on xbox Live and MS pages trying to figure this out as the console was on recently and should be able to be located as changes were made from it.

    Any ideas? I know they are trying to mess with the password and try to get me locked out fully but I believe I can catch an IP at least.

    Very frustrating.

    I see a computer in NJ that has mine hacked and is controlling certain issues. I can't talk to with the MS Staff, and can't even call.

    The best thing I am thinking is see what you guys have for ideas. Also call the police and let them know I have a last name on the guy and cyber information - I think they just use that for themselves still though idk?

    Yeah, if something gets stolen, call the police. You'll also want to change the password(s) on your account(s) so they can't be accessed from the stolen Xbox. You may also wish to contact Support and report the stolen console/ accounts just in case credit
    card info has been used, or something's been done on or to the account that would get it banned.

    I already did What to do if your Xbox is stolen but I wanted you to track my xbox so I can talk to the police, because I already made a police report but it came to nothing

    It would really just involve contacting your local police and reporting the theft. Theres nothing to really report to Xbox/Microsoft for this.
