Xbox one s start but doesn't open

I tried to reset with the games twice, the xbox "kinda" closed?

It did the noise and lost signal on tv but the home button is still on and the fan still turns, the second time i let it overnight but still the same result.

Is there something else to do?

Before having your answer i let i open by itself and i think it brought me to thi menu by default, i did restart the xbox because i didn't knew you could do "reset and keeb games, now its still on the menu but it did the nound when it closes, do i wait for it to restart or i shut it down and do what you told me?
