Xbox one S spanish ms store still pending

Hi, 24 hours ago i bought a xbox one s bundle in spanish ms store, they charged my card but in order history its still "pending". Shouldnt it take like few hours most to complete transaction? Second with that bundle there was promo for fifa 19 for free
but when i tried add this to card its shown error, is the any chance to edit or add that fifa to that order?

16 Days still no 50,000 points

Purchased Xbox One S BF1 bundle Oct 31 from the MS store on this account due to the 50,000 MS point promotion.

Xbox Live Rewards

Shipped Nov 1st it's now the 16th. I've asked support multiple times and was promised the points would show as pending 7-15 days after shipping. Still no points.

To your second question: Did you read the terms/FAQ for that promotion? Often the games come bundled with the console.

 

The thing is that im not spanish speaker so can i call my native support and they r still be able to help me? The fifa wasnt bundled it was like discount and i had to add to my cart

 

In that case I'd use the support online chat and clarify that you only speak English. I'm sure one of the support staff will be able to assist.

 

Where i can find that chat? Cuz i only see the phone support

 

I'm not sure which support channels are available in your country but online chat also depends on the daytime as they're not 24/7 active. If support chat is not available for you, phone support would probably be your best option.
