    Xbox One S sometimes turning off after disk insert


    So i have my xbox one s since release and today i experience an issue. Sometimes when i insert a disk the console turns off.

    When i clean the disk it will work properly.

    Any ideas on that? Seems the drive is a bit sensible

    I have a problem in my xbox one s the last week I found Rain bow six siege free offer in store I download it. when I run it asks me to insert the disk. so what's going on ? normally i play without a disk!!

    Xbox One randomly ejects disk or turns on.

    i have the same problem with my xbox one. i found that if you take the disk out after playing, the xbox will not turn on by itself but you can still here the eject noise while its off sometimes. it still ejects my disk by itself also while im playing a game

    no install option for disc

    take the disk out and clean the disk. then u need to turn your xbox 360 of for 5 minutes. then u turn it back on after 5 minutes and then when its booted up and you are signed in. insert the disk into the disk tray and then try it this worked for me thats
    why i am telling you this solution ?

    xbox 360 S bricked due to 9/3/2014 update!!! beware!!!

    Update: I was not able to open the disk tray when the device was turned off. It would make the noise as I touched the button, but not open. After playing around a bit, I turned it on and tried the same... it opened. I inserted the disk I burned after a gamer
    suggested to do so. It worked! I now have a working 360. It loaded the system update just fine from disk. It blows my mind that not one of the 7 people I spoke with at microsoft over the last 3 days ever came up with this.
