Xbox one s sometimes black screen

Hello, at first sorry for my bad english.

I have a big problem for month.

My Xbox one s turns into black screen. Soletimes you can play for hours without any black screen but sometimes you get it every minute for 1-2 sec.

I tried to set 1080p (normally on 4k uhd with Grundig 4k TV) but the same issue.

I‘ve tested some different hdmi cables on different hdmi ports. I got black screens with av receiver and with xbox directly on tv.

Sometimes there are some flickers and stripes and some times no signal on tv.

How can I fix it? Pls help me.

Xbox one S not playing bluray disks and games from disk crashing sometimes

Got Xbox one S 2 days ago won't play DVDs or bluray disks. It film in and it won't play goes black screen then displays picture for a second then goes to black screen keeps trying to change screen resolution to no avail. tombraider from disk sometimes works
sometimes freezes when loading also

Xbox One stuck on black screen after boot up

I am Having the same issues... I get the XBOX ONE logo and the a black screen.

Sometimes the Logo just stays on the screen.

Troubleshooting a blank TV screen while your Xbox One is on Also, if possible attempt to plug your Xbox One into another Television or Monitor.

As the suggestions posted are all great ones. You can also try the troubleshooting for a black screen. Sometimes it is the system files that are causing this. Here is the guide for

The Xbox One S is made in white, black and grey. Sometimes hard to find or may only be available as a bundle. But they are out there.

I bought my Xbox One S in December 2018 and currently i'm experiencing 2nd black screen in a few months.

I got first black screen in January 2019 and got my xbox fixed by Microsoft. Now in June 2019 i got 2nd black screen. So frustrated!

I'm curious what did they fix? What is causing black screens? I'm also playing my games on external hard drive to not strain the internal hard drive but black screen keeps happening.

I've tried troubleshooting steps (except the usb update cause i don't remember my dashboard version and i still have black screen) so i'm confused nothing works.

I'm thinking if it gets fixed for a 2nd time i'm going to sell my Xbox One S and buy an Xbox One X so maybe i would have better luck with different hardware. I really don't know... my white Xbox 360 Pro is still alive and never got red ring of death and
Xbox One S keeps breaking with black screens. I'm lucky with Xbox 360 but so unlucky with Xbox One S. I'm so disappointed with Microsoft hardware.
