Xbox One S signing me out repeatedly.

Over this last week my console has been signing me out while playing games or watching shows. After having this problem for the past week I decided to look up a fix in the forums and have tried everything I saw suggested, like power cycling and resetting
router, deleting profile from xbox and power cycling. I have done all of these multiple times and have had no luck. Do I need to completely reset my console?

xbox live SUCKS

Xbox live keeps signing me out! Ever since I've had an xbox one s it keeps signing me out and making me quit games. I also have good internet 100 mbps google fiber, it's becoming a real pain in the butt.

BTW I'm not even playing online!

Xbox One S keeps signing me out

Hello, I have a Xbox One S, I bought it brand new and have had it for about a year give or take. Ever since I bought it I would get signed out of my account on a daily basis, at least three times a day in the 2 hours I play a day. At first I chalked it up
to be crappy internet connection, until I realized it wasn’t signing me offline, it was signing my whole account out. I have tried to reset my password with a 30 minute process going through Microsoft’s horrible tech support page only to have account signed
out IMEDIATELY after. I don’t know what to do besides wait for the xbox one X and hope the problem has been fixed because none of my friends with the original Xbox one ever have the same problem. All I can tell people for sure is that
the xbox one s is trash. Don’t ever buy it because you will be disappointed in your purchase. I am also a owner of a PlayStation 4 and could tell you for a fact that my PlayStation never ever has this issue,
the only issue is that all my friends have an xbox instead of a PlayStation.

If you have no problems signing into Xbox Live and 100% without a doubt know your e-mail and password associated with your Microsoft account, try safely deleting your profile, clearing your system cache 3
times, restarting your console, and then re-downloading your profile. Just follow these detailed steps:

Sign out of your Gamer Tag Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller and Press the Blue X to
Sign Out

Delete Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller

2) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

3) Select Storage

4) Select the device with your profile

5) Select Profiles

6) Select your Gamer Tag

7) Select Delete

8) Select Delete Profile Only

Clear System Cache:

1) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

2) Select Hard Drive

3) Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y (Device Options)

4) Select Clear System Cache and select Yes

5) Repeat steps 2 thru 4 two more times so that your Cache is cleared 3 times

*NOTE* The cache stores such items as game updates, system update installation packages, and gamer pictures of your friends. Clearing the Xbox 360 cache does not remove your Gamertag, content that you have downloaded, game files,
or console software updates.

Turn off your console and start it back up.

Download Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox 360 controller

2) On the Home tab, select Download Profile

Restarted router left it for 5mins turned back on then tested again works now

Redownloaded profile I try to sign in comes up "Disconnected from Xbox live" and " has been signed out" weirdly but now it signed in and it works this was how it was like before
