Xbox One S sign in problem

just got a new slim and it won't accept my sign in credentials when trying to enter my day of birth.

It's stuck on entering a date and actually trying to get the right date I have to use a combo of using 1&2 to go or down a day.

Can anyone help?

if it's not sorted it's getting returned and I'm selling my original one console.

Sign in issue

Same problem here. Xbox one S. My black xbox one signs in just fine. Gone through networking troubleshooting, and everything points to the XB one S.

What is it only Xbox One S..?? I haven't tried my black Xbox One....but it's still having issues on the S. Signs in no problem on using a Desktop as well. Fix please!

I am quazimoto1's roommate, i want to add that we can sign in to xbox live on our laptops, just not on the one xbox, could it be a problem with the new version of the xbox?
