    Xbox one s shutting off when playing games


    Recently bought a new xbox one s a couple days ago. Set it up and everything seemed fine. Until i downloaded a few games. Xbox 360 games ran fine, but the xbox one games i played(Gears of War:Ultimate, Forza Horizon 4, Halo 5) keep crashing. As soon as i
    get to gameplay, my xbox shuts down and i have to restart it.

    I tried downloading and reinstalling these games but they keep crashing. At the same exact spots too.

    Yes it is. Nothing is covering the vents. The console doesnt feel hot either.

    I would try to power cycle your console, and if that didn't elp, please feel free to reach back out to the forums, but actually support might be able to better assist you if you continue to have this issue.

    Try to perform a power cycle then try again.

    If it happens with multiplayer games, make sure the connection between the console and the router is working properly. The advice is to connect the console with ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi.
