XBox One S shutting down

Little bit more info as its just done it while i was posting the last message.

Playing game then game freezes and makes a sound through tv speakers which sounds a bit like an old pc loading of tapes does this for 3 or 4 seconds then totally shuts down but will power back up straight away then runs as if nothing has happened

Im having sort of the smae problem with my Xbox One S. I was playing a game on my xbox and suddenly it shuts down for no reason and lost all my progress. It did a complete shut down. And it has already been to to microsoft for an internet problem and all
they did was factory reset it like they were talking about the Xbox One X

Used to happen to me all the time as a Preview member, which was one of the reasons I left.

No, I am not part of the Preview program.

He was in a place with little ventilation, but I noticed that he was very hot, so I took him out, after one day these shutdown problems started to appear, thanks for your answer
