XBOX One S Shutting Down On it’s own

I purchased an XBOX One S a while ago. It’s worked fine for a few months and now it will randomly shut down after playing for a while. May last 1-2 hours and then it kicks you out of the game and powers off. I had it freeze the game as well and then shut
down.

I’ve taken it apart and the fan is clean (not under warranty). The whole system is clean. I turned it on and can see the fan is running. My son even played it while apart and fan was running, till it shut down of course. I played it once with a fan sitting
by it and blowing on it, just in case it was still over heating, but still it’d shut down.

I tried doing a reset of the system leaving apps and games. It still does it. I got another power cord to test it and the system still shuts down.

Currently I am at a loss of what to do.

ola, pode ser que ele aquecendo mais que o normal , te aconselho ligar para o suporte e conta o que esta acontecendo eles podem te dar uma avaliacao melhor e ate mesmo te orientar , mas te aconselho a nao ficar abrindo oque pode ser simples possa acabar
piorando.

The unit is set to not automatically shut down in the settings and a reset of the power supply has been done.

Pode ser que seu console esteja sobreaquecendo, tente verificar a questão dá ventilação. Caso não tenha resultado verifique a questão da garantia do produto.

I guess I’ll be setting it back to factory settings and disposing of it. It is not under warranty and not likely worth putting the money into it with a new system coming soon.
