Xbox One S shuts randomly.

My Xbox One S shutsdown unexpectedly while playing or doing sometimes, tho it happens rarely.

I get no message or anything.

Sometimes it shutdowns with the sound, while sometime with nothing.

Is there any fix to this?

I did a factory reset already.

Tho I have Xbox Insider version.

please make sure you are connected to the mains wall outlet. having it connected to a surge protector or extended lead it can cause it to shut off as the xbox is not getting the full power needed.

I get random reboots with the insider program as well - it's part of the testing atmosphere. Be sure to report shutdowns, etc to the team through the reporting tool and on https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/

I dont think it's your S. Because I have a one X and its randomly shutting off on me as well. It only started happening after this new update thoug .
