Xbox One S shuts off when playing Resident Evil

Does anyone know how to solve the resident evil game problem 0 that turns off the consolhe xbox one s?

Resident Evil 0 crashing problem

Good morning, I'm having problems on my Xbox s in the game Resident Evil 0 the same when it arrives in the first CG on top of the train where two cables joins and or on the train braking the same hangs the CG and shuts off from nothing and the control
gets locked access already restored settings of Manufactures already downloaded the game again both in the internal HD and on the external and continues the same way and this problem so appears in this game other games are working normally

Your console shuts down unexpectedly

Solution 1: If the console is too hot

If you received a message stating that your Xbox One console is getting improper ventilation, or it's hot to the touch, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the console.
2. Wait at least one hour.
3. Move the console to a well-ventilated spot.
4. Turn on the console.

Important Make sure your console is in a cool, well-ventilated place. Remove any objects on, under, or right next to the console.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand this is frustrating since we have heard there is an issue with the cut scenes causing the consoles to shut down.

We would suggest trying a

full factory reset. This will delete everything from the
console only.
The console will reset like it is a new console but nothing will be lost. Everything such as games and gamerscores are connected
to the account. The console will go all the way back to brand new Factory Defaults. Now this does mean all the games and apps will have to be re-downloaded.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console. To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the
top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag
and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.



The other temporary fix is to press the menu button on the controller and select Yes to skip the cut scene before the crash happens to move forward in the game.

From what I have seen this is a known issue with this game and the only way to avoid it is to skip the cutscenes.

 

Here's another possibility and a known issue:

If you are switching back and forth between the Youtube App and any game, it will crash the system. Are you doing this by any chance?

 

I spent over an hour with Xbox customer support trying to fix the issue. We tried EVERYTHING with no luck. As someone said earlier, the only way to avoid a system crash is to immediately skip all cutscenes. Also the game works just fine on an original
Xbox One for some reason.
