    So I've done some research, and there are a lot of people still having the screen flicker with LG tv's with their xbox one s, myself included. LG recently released a firmware update to their tvs that supposedly would fix this, well guess what, it didn't
    fix it. My tv screen constantly flickers for about 5 to 10 minutes when playing an HDR game or film, and then it happens every so often later on through play time or viewing time. It's getting old, really hope Xbox has a fix for this coming soon, or LG (and
    other manufactures) push out an update that actually works. Spending 1000+ on a new 4k tv (one which has the HDR10 and is true 4k) and an Xbox one s only to have the screen do this is super annoying. Really hope i'm not one of the only ones with this still
    happening. Hopefully a fix will be implemented soon.

    Hdmi ultra deep color enabled on my tv and monitor causes xbox to make screen flicker

    I have two lg 4k monitors . The problem Im having is in order to get 4k features from my xbox one s to display on my monitors I have to enable hdmi ultra hd deep color on my monitors to get 4k 6ohz hdmi 2.0 , so I can get the 4k at 6ohz enabled . It says
    that the xbox one s supports this , but I have read other customers complaining about the same thing. My lg tv and my monitors support 4k hdmi 2.0 with ultra hd deep color mode enabled yet , when I enable this the screens flicker. It has nothing to do with
    the hdmi cords as this feature and displays work fine when I game on my pc and does not cause the screen to flicker like the xbox one s . Is their a firmware update coming to fix this ?? It says on your website that the xbox one s does support hdmi ultra hd
    deep color feature, yet when i enable it it causes screens to flicker and this doest happened with my pc only xbox . When will this be resolved ????

    Can I set up a Xbox One S to all LG LED TVS?

    LG HDR PRO UHD 4K is my LED TV 50 inches will the Xbox One S be able to work on this TV?

    That's the issue right there, Prezdead! My TV auto detects the resolution being put out by the source and sets it accordingly. There is no way to set my TV's HDMI input to display a certain resolution regardless of what the source is putting out. My Android
    box and Roku 4 put out a 4k signal when I enable the resolution they should output is 4k. Unfortunately, The XBOX One S doesn't seem to do that.

    When I do the video test on the XBOX One. My TV doesn't even flicker. It just pops up that it failed everything, which is incorrect. If I change the resolution on the XBOX One S to 720p, then it flickers and my TV changes the display to 720p. If I change
    the XBOX One S to display 1080p, then the TV flickers and changes the resolution to 1080p. If I try to change the XBOX One S to display UHD, it does nothing other than go instantly to the failed screen, which states none of the options are supported. Under
    Advanced Video Settings though, I have 24Hz, 50Hz, and UHD 4k checked. the problem is, the XBOX One S is putting out the 4k signal because the test says the TV fails everything and the TV will not disaply in 4k until the TV receives a signal from the XBOX
    One S to display in 4k.

    I don't think so, Robin. I had an LG OLED 4K TV. And the Xbox One S was connected to to the LG TV and I used to play 4K games. Even if that's the case to play only 4K Blu Rays, it's still not supporting.
    The Xbox One S plays games at 1080p but if played on a 4K screen, it upscales it to 4K,

    The One X is needed for true native 4K,

    I upgraded my Xbox One to the One S at launch to get full use out the 4K media content,

    Then i upgraded my One S to the One X at launch to play games and media at true 4K,

    seeing that you've already tried what i would have suggested, I'm not sure of what else you can try.
