Xbox One S Scarey Noise when OFF? Help?

i posted about this earlier but no respond and dont know how to bump up my topics??

And im getting too paranoid now to the point that im creating a second topic hope i get some awners

Anyways my problem i just found out is

If i use both settings instant on and the other one doesnt matter what if i shut down the console through the middle button of the controller ( so its not a full shut down?)

If i get close to the console ear close i can hear this static clicks?

Its coming from the psu i think but if I do a full shut down its gone..

But is it normal for it to make these static noises when i shut it off this way?

Not rly sure if its static but it sounds like static clicks to me

xbox one s with ventilation noise

my xbox one s makes a ventilation noise when it is on, is the 3 time I send it to the warranty, is this noise normal?

well turns out it makes this noise even with it fully shut down what is also weird if i unplugged it when its off of course put it back and listen youll hear the psu making noises again as soon as i plug it in its like it turns on it makes like sort of a
squeel after unplugging and plugging back in then after that it softly clicks not sure if this is normal can only be heard if my ear is almost touching it.

Am i soposed to hear the psu come on? After plugging it back in? And follows with clicks?

Rly hope its normal or im screwed

I would buy a new Xbox one form your local store that the fastest way or if you have a credit card send it to Microsoft for a fix or a console exchange. good luck

My xbox one s makes a loud loud noise when start up it stops for about 30 sec and then comes back I try to turn it off but when the xbox is off it is louder than when it was on and now i cant use it for now sometimes i turn it on and it doesn’t make the
noise but if i turn it off then again in 1hour or 2 then it does it again.
