xbox one s roblox error code 116

My sons roblox wont let him play it pops up with error code 116. I have tried everything.

I have tried to do this many times below but...

If you are trying to start ROBLOX and you will see ERROR -> "To do this change settings. You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up", then you should do this:

Go to Settings.

Select Account.

If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.

Select your child's account to change settings.

Now select Privacy & online safety.

Select View details & customize.

Now go to "You can see and share content" and change it to Everybody.

Done, your child can now play Roblox.

option number 7 is not there. I've tried on the console itself and online. I'm getting very frustrated.

Any help appreciated

Same thing has happened to my daughter's account! And we just recently signed up – it literally hasn't even been 2 weeks. And I've tried resetting ALL of the settings...to no avail. Anyone else have any solutions?!? :-(

Same issue, shared content denied. Any luck?

I did do a reset not full factory reset but the reset where you keep the games and apps. Didnt work but the next night(last night) the game started to work again. So im not sure what happened or how it was exactly it was fixed.

I have exactly the same issue. Followed the above recommended fix but nothing. Keen to see if you find a solution.

I did that too. He tried pretty much everything i did. Couldnt figure out how to fix it so he referred me to roblox support.

I hbae exactly same issue when trying to setup for one of my daughters. My other daughter i setup a month ago and it works fine in her profile. I do wonder if an option has removed/changed and the interface between xbox and roblox no longer works properly
for newly setup accounts
