Xbox one S rewards points offer.

I purchased my Xbox One S on December 9th and was told I'd see my 55000 points within 15 days of my purchase. Yet there aren't any points even pending in my account yet. I've even registered the system with Microsoft to show I've received it.

Missing rewards credits

I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 rewards credits offer, but have still not been credited any points. Can someone help to credit my missing points?

I recently purchased a xbox one s console bundle that includes a 50,000 rewards points offer and I have not received the points yet. I activated the xbox one s on my gamertag and no points so far.

We see three failed purchase attempts from MicrosoftStore.com, but no successful purchases. This offer requires a console purchase from MicrosoftStore.com. Purchases from other sources are not able to be tracked, and are not eligible for this offer.
