    My xbox is turned on with low resolution 640; i tried to change it but the console don't apply any other higher resolution neither 720 nor 1080 ; i changed the hdmi cable and i make a reset but the problem is still , please help

    Are you sure that your TV isn't capping 640 at its highest resolution?

    I had a chance to try a couple things:

    Lowering the resolution on the xbox to 1080P doesn't change anything

    Playing the same videos on the Xbox One non-S there are no issues.

    Not sure what to make of that, but I can find other posts online with the same issue and it only applies to the One-S...
