    Xbox One S repair.


    Hello, so I got my Xbox around 2017 and I never really had issues with it. Until up to around April of this year I was playing GTA and it just powered off randomly. I was confused as to why that happened but I didn’t think much of it and just tried turning it back on but it wouldn’t turn back on and I’ve tried everything that the internet said to do but nothing worked. So my question is do I need to get a new Xbox or can I get repairs if I can get repairs how much would it cost me and where can I get it repaired?

    The launch Xbox is are no longer repaired and haven't been for several years, they're a decade old

    I'm afraid I can't help you with self repair, but you could purchase an Xbox one S Or an Xbox series X and enjoy all of your disc based games. Even if repair was an option, picking up a one S would likely be less expensive

    In terms of the Xbox One, only the original Xbox One (the big one that looks like a VCR) isn't repaired. The Xbox One S and other Xbox One consoles are still repairable.

    The Xbox 360 hasn't been supported for 10 years.

    You would need to send it in for repair. Self repair is not allowed. Be aware though, if you have the original Xbox One, Microsoft do not support it any more, so would not repair it. Only the Xbox One S & Xbox One X are supported. If the console is out
    of warranty, then you will need to pay for the repair as well.
