    Xbox One S Repair


    Hi I'm Sumesh I bought my Xbox one S around 3 months ago and everything was working good for me as I was enjoying my 1st console gaming experience. But than times changed as my Xbox One S is dead, it's not receiving any power. I've been trying to contact
    Xbox Support for a week now but no response. And every time I go to the repair and replacement on Microsoft Support page they are not accepting my request to repair my console. My console is still under warranty. When I was finally able to have a conversation
    with one guy on the community page he told me that my console is not for Indian region it is imported from US/Canada so I'll have to send it to US if I wish of getting any repairs and replacement.And now I'm completely shattered by Microsoft Support. Why is
    this happening only to me ?there are many people in India who use imported Xbox One and still get a repair and Replacement by Microsoft in India. Why can't they provide me with the same assistance?

    The launch Xbox is are no longer repaired and haven't been for several years, they're a decade old

    I'm afraid I can't help you with self repair, but you could purchase an Xbox one S Or an Xbox series X and enjoy all of your disc based games. Even if repair was an option, picking up a one S would likely be less expensive

    In terms of the Xbox One, only the original Xbox One (the big one that looks like a VCR) isn't repaired. The Xbox One S and other Xbox One consoles are still repairable.

    The Xbox 360 hasn't been supported for 10 years.

    You would need to send it in for repair. Self repair is not allowed. Be aware though, if you have the original Xbox One, Microsoft do not support it any more, so would not repair it. Only the Xbox One S & Xbox One X are supported. If the console is out
    of warranty, then you will need to pay for the repair as well.
